Since our beginnings, much has changed in the technology of recording and dissemination of dhamma talks. Cassette tapes have been replaced by digital recording, CD-ROMs and MP3 players. There is an abundance of books and writing on Buddhism. The internet has created a world-wide archive of talks by teachers in the Mahasi tradition. A good introduction to the Mahasi Sayadaw tradition has been written by Patrick Kearney and can be downloaded here.

The Centre's policy is to make a small selection from the archive of talks by our teachers. These are available for download in MP3 format from this page or from some of the main archive websites of Theravadin tradition, such as dhammseed. This selection of talks has a balance of introductory (marked*) and more advanced talks. Most are one hour's duration (around 60Mb download).
